About the Property
Covering more than 38,000 square feet, the home is located in the center of Beverly Hills. The mansion features twelve bedrooms and twenty-four bathrooms. Additionally, it includes an indoor pickleball court and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 155-foot inground infinity pool, a gym, and a salon. Lastly, the mansion boasts spas for ultimate relaxation.
When the sale collapsed in June of last year, Jennifer and Ben purportedly paid over $61 million, or ₹500 crore, for the mansion. In 2022, Ben had sold his house in Pacific Palisades for $28.5 million. Jennifer sold her Bel-Air property for $34 million in October of last year.
Isha Ambani stayed in this Los Angeles mansion for the most of her pregnancy. In 2018, businessmen Anand Piramal and Isha, daughter of Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, tied the knot. Anand’s parents, Ajay and Swati Piramal, gave them Guita, a 50,000-square-foot home, valued at ₹1,000 crore, which faces the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Mumbai.
Isha, however, stayed at their Los Angeles residence for the majority of her pregnancy in 2022. In November of that year, she gave birth to twins, Krishna and Aditya.
In January of last year, Isha granted her friend Priyanka Chopra access to her LA home, which she used to organize a screening of Pan Nalin’s 2021 Gujarati coming-of-age film Chello Show. It was scheduled in advance of the Oscars, where India’s official submission, Chhello Show, was competing for Best International Film.
